Custom Sets

Custom sets require approval before purchase.

Customers should submit a Custom Set Request with their inspiration photos, sizing information, desired shape and length, and design details before purchasing.

After reviewing the request, we will provide a quote and direct the customer to the appropriate Custom Set pricing level.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a design will be accepted or recreated exactly.

Inspiration photos are used as creative references. We may adapt colors, placement, techniques, charms, artwork, or other details to create our own version of the requested design.

Nail Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail measurements and selecting the correct sizes.

For the most accurate fit, we recommend purchasing a Size Kit before ordering. Customers may also follow the sizing instructions and size chart available on our website.

Gianni Simone Did That is not responsible for nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or sizes submitted by the customer.

Incorrect sizing is not eligible for a refund, exchange, remake, replacement, or store credit.
