Q. How long do your press-on nails last?
A. With proper nail prep and nail glue, our luxury press-on nails can last 1 to 3 weeks. When applied with adhesive tabs, they typically last 3 to 7 days, depending on your lifestyle and daily activities.

Q. Are your press-on nails reusable?
A. Yes! Our press-on nails are designed to be reusable with proper care. Gently remove your set, clean away any leftover glue, and store them safely in your original packaging for future wear. (REFER TO HOW TO REMOVE INSTRUCTIONS)

Q. How should I care for my press-on nails?
A. Avoid soaking your nails in water for long periods, using your nails as tools, or exposing them to harsh chemicals. With proper care, your set will stay beautiful longer and can even be worn again.

Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. For the best fit, we highly recommend purchasing one of our Sizing Kits before ordering a custom set. You can also use our sizing guide to measure your nails at home,

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Our nails are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing before your order ships. Ready-to-ship sets will be mailed much sooner as these sets are preset sized nails (S,M,L,XL) already made and are clearly marked on the website.

Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A. Due to the custom, handmade and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Q. Can I request a custom design?
