Due to the handmade and personal nature of our press-on nail products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at giannisimonedidthat@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting and submitting the correct nail sizes, shape, and length.
We strongly recommend purchasing a Size Kit for the most accurate fit or carefully following our sizing guide before placing your order.
Orders that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or sizing information submitted by the customer are not eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gianni Simone Did That is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked the order as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or free replacement.
If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at giannisimonedidthat@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
